Just wanted to let you know that Charlene did an outstanding job for our Scotland golf trip. She was very attentive to details--she followed up on all our tee times and ensured we had caddies each day. Charlene did a great job assisting us with dinner reservations and ensuring that we had adequate provisions on the bus. This was our 5th trip to Scotand/Ireland and Charlene was by far the best driver we have had.

We will be contacting you soon regarding our trip for next year and we would definitely like to have Charlene as our bus driver.

I was one of the very fortunate guests of Fred kasten on his golf trip last week, and i just wanted to send you a note to tell you how First Class that entire trip was handled by your company and by our extraordinary Tour Manager, Charlene Campbell.

Every member of our group just raved about what a nice person and extraordinary Tour Manager Charlene is, and was for the group. She was attentive, conscientious, and patient, and at every stop, she handled the situation from the time we stopped the van until after we left, in such a professional way that it made it so easy for us. THroughout the entire week, we did not have one, single glitch and everything was explained to us by her. We were never either rushed or felt that we had to do anything, other than have a great time.

The van provided for us was absolutely perfect...always plenty of room, comfortable, easy to get in and out of, both hotels and golf courses, and Charlene did an excellent job of driving us around.
