Just wanted to let you know I had a nice conversation with Mitch Merrell, the PGA Professional from Sioux City. We must have talked for 30 minute and for 15 minutes of that conversation he went on and on about how wonderful Iain was. To the point that they all had tears in their eyes when they left him at the airport. Iain also surprised them Mitch with a pictures of St. Andrews to hang in his golf shop.

He even said their next trip is to Ireland and they would like to pay to have Iain come over and drive for them there.

Good to see you've got another great one there! Please pass Mitch's comments along and tell him many thanks for taking such great care of our groups!

I just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to let you know how pleased we were with the service we received for our Alton Towers hire a couple of weeks ago (29th April-1st May).
The bus was immaculate, our driver - Ian - was so helpful and put up with a bunch of rowdy "hens" without complaint!! He was even willing to take a group photo outside the bus for us on arrival at Alton Towers.
It really helped make my Hen Weekend being able to travel on a bus with everyone and the service we received made it even better!
