The eight of us had a perfect trip. Greatest driver (John Murray), perfect rooms (wow those private rooms at Turnberry were amazing), fabulous golf courses (but for one), and somehow you even managed to provide us with great weather.

The restaurants John Murray recommended were all splendid. Machrahanish was a real treat. Although the drive to and from were long, the scenery was remarkable to see.

The only small negative on the trip was play at Machrahanish Dunes, which I would be careful not to recommend to anyone until they get the course redesigned. The developer President happened to be there and asked for my feedback, which I sent him. If youâ¬"d like a copy, Iâ¬"ll send it on to you.

Bottom line, perfect tee times, great trip plan, great hotels, great golf courses, just simply marvelous.
