• PSV Mechanic

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive Rates of Pay

• 40 Hours per week

• Overtime available during peak season

• PSV licence preferred, however not essential. Training provided for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance to our coaches

• Preparing and presenting vehicles for MOT

• Servicing and 6 week inspection of vehicles

• Rectification of daily driver defects

• Ensuring all administration including inspection sheets and defect sheets are completed / signed off

• Working alternate shifts to support the business needs

• Assisting on breakdowns out of hours

• Working safely and adhering to the Health and Safety at Work Act

• On call out of workshop hours on a rotational basis

• Administrative Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring a five-star service is provided to maintain client relationships and build on new relationships

• Receive and distrbute information; serve clients by answering phone calls, emails and website enquiries in relation to current or potential coach bookings

• Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based booking systems. Training provided on our primary system, Coach Manager

• Hadnle administrative aspects of travel itineraries for clients, including group travel arrangements and legal driving hours prior to releasing these documents to drivers

• General administrative office tasks

• On a rotational pro-rata basis, go 'on call' to assist with any office related out-of-hours emergencies or queries from internal staff or clients

• Remain calm and professional under pressure
